Enlist for fitness! Joining an Applied Fitness boot camp is a fun and challenging
way to workout. We incorporate circuit stations, interval exercises
and sports drills for a workout that keeps you coming back for more.
Burn 400-600 calories each session using body weight exercises, kettlebells, bosu balls, resistance bands, medicine balls,
TRX suspension training, and cardio intervals.
